A refreshing, antioxidant-packed drink made with fresh berries, mint, and lime. The Berry Bliss Mocktail is perfect for anyone looking for a healthy, alcohol-free beverage that’s full of flavor and easy to make.

Ingredients

1/2 cup fresh mixed berries (blackberries, raspberries, strawberries)

1/2 fresh lime, juiced

56 mint leaves

1 tsp agave syrup or maple syrup (optional)

1/2 cup chilled sparkling water

Ice cubes

Chili-lime salt for rim (optional)

Instructions

1. Muddle the berries and mint gently in a shaker or glass.

2. Add lime juice and agave syrup, and stir to combine.

3. Fill a serving glass with ice.

4. Pour the mixture over the ice and top with sparkling water.

5. Rim the glass with chili-lime salt (optional).

6. Garnish with mint leaves and a few whole berries. Serve immediately.

Notes

For a stronger berry flavor, use cold-pressed berry juice instead of water.

You can muddle the berry mixture ahead of time and store it in the fridge.
