1/2 cup fresh mixed berries (blackberries, raspberries, strawberries)
1/2 fresh lime, juiced
5–6 mint leaves
1 tsp agave syrup or maple syrup (optional)
1/2 cup chilled sparkling water
Ice cubes

1. Muddle the berries and mint gently in a shaker or glass.
2. Add lime juice and agave syrup, and stir to combine.
