Citrus Ginger Mocktail: A Zesty, Healthy Alternative You’ll Love

A bold and refreshing citrus ginger mocktail made with fresh Sumo citrus, ginger, apple cider vinegar, and kombucha. Naturally healthy and alcohol-free.

Ingredients

3 peeled Sumo citrus (or mix of orange, lemon, lime)

1 thumb of fresh ginger (unpeeled)

2 tsp apple cider vinegar per glass

1 bottle ginger kombucha

12 tbsp honey

1 tbsp sea salt

½ tsp paprika

Ice cubes

Instructions

1. Blend citrus and ginger until smooth.

2. Strain through fine mesh to remove pulp.

3. On one plate, mix salt and paprika; on another, spread honey.

4. Dip glass rims in honey, then into paprika-salt mix.

5. Add ice to each glass.

6. Pour ½ cup citrus-ginger juice into each.

7. Add 2 tsp apple cider vinegar.

8. Top with ginger kombucha and stir.

9. Garnish with citrus peel or fresh mint.

Notes

You can batch the citrus-ginger juice up to 48 hours in advance.

Add kombucha right before serving for best fizz.

Substitute Sumo citrus with any sweet orange or tangerine.
